Program Description

Solid Rock Excavating, LLC ("Solid Rock Excavating," "SRX," "we," "our," "us") operates a customer-care text messaging program. When you opt in, we may send you text (SMS/MMS) messages about your estimate request, appointment and site-visit scheduling, and updates on active jobs (such as crew arrival times and job status). This is not a marketing or promotional program.

How You Opt In

You can consent to receive text messages from us in any of these ways:

• Website form: By checking the text-message consent box on a contact or estimate form at solidrockx.com/contact and submitting your mobile number.
• Texting us first: By sending a text message to our business number, (859) 780-5250.
• Verbally: By giving our team verbal permission to text you during a phone call.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project and our communication with you — typically a few messages per week while an estimate request or job is active.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Solid Rock Excavating does not charge you for the messages.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one confirmation message and then stop sending text messages. You can also reply with CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL. If you want to rejoin, opt in again using any of the methods above or reply START.

Carriers

Carriers (wireless providers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control.

Privacy & No Sharing

We respect your privacy. No mobile information (including your phone number and text-messaging consent) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with the vendors that help us send our messages (such as our SMS provider), and only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you've asked to receive. We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
